Loyn Bridge Hornby aerial photograph
aerial photograph of Loyn Bridge Hornby Lancashire, England UK. Grade II listed Loyne Bridge which is a rare example of a 16th century bridge still in use and is a Scheduled Ancient Monument. The exact construction date is unknown but it probably dates from the 16th century or 17th century. Prior to that there was a wooden bridge over the River Lune and before that simply a ford.
