St Andrew church Paull Yorkshire
aerial photograph of St Andrew church , Paull , in the East Riding of Yorkshire England UK. Built in 1355 during the reighn of Edward III, the church originally belonged to Albermale Abbey and later Kirkstall Abbey and survived the dissolution of the monasteries by Henry VII, by being passed to the Archbishop of York. In 1643 the church was damaged by naval cannon fire during the siege of Hull in the English Civil war.
