aerial photograph of Tetley's Brewery Leeds Yorkshire England UK Tetley's Brewery was founded by Joshua Tetley in 1822. Tetley was taken over by Carlsberg Group in 1998. At one time a thousand people were employed on this site making some of Britain's leading beers but Carlsberg closed the brewery in 2011, and demolished it in 2012. The photograph was taken in the summer of 2010 when brewery production was still in full swing.
