Uffington White Horse from the air
aerial photograph of Uffington White Horse Oxfordshire England UK. Uffington White Horse is a 110m wide prehistoric hill figure representing a horse which was constructed between 1380 and 550 BC probably in association with the adjacent Uffington Castle hillfort. The figure was cut a meter deep and has been regularly cleaned throughout history. The site is now in the care of the National Trust.
