Roving Bridge Haywood Junction

Haywood Junction is where the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal ( completed 1772 ) meets the Trent and Mersey Canal l ( completed 1777 ) and was built by James Brindley. The Roving bridge was built to allow the horses that pulled the barges to cross the Canal
